Terms & Conditions
PAYMENTS & PRICES
- A deposit of 20% is required for the reservation to be confirmed prior to arrival.The remainer of the price agreed is payable upon arrival.
- Our company reserves the right to alter its prices at any given period. Reservations made beforehand are subject to the agreed price at the time of booking.
- If not otherwise agreed air conditioning is optional at an extra cost of €5.00 per day per unit, payable locally.
CANCELLATIONS
- In case of cancellations, the deposit is not refundable.
- In cases of no- shows the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
ACCOMODATION
- The accommodation can only be occupied by the number of persons agreed. If additional people are found to be in occupation, the supplier may terminate the contract immediately and require all occupants to leave. No refund shall be due from the company in these circumstances.
- We provide cleaning services once a week along with towel and sheet changing for a minimum stay of seven days. Additional cleaning may be requested at a charge of €20.00 per day
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
- If not otherwise agreed previous to arrival the maximum occupancy of the following villas are:
- Three bedroom villas: 6 people
- Four bedroom villas: 8 people
- For any additional person an extra cam bed is provided at an extra charge of €20.00 per day.
- Cots and high chairs are free of charge upon request, as well as children under the age of three.
BREAKAGES, DAMAGES, MISSING ITEMS
- Please note that for any damages or missing equipment from the villas due to the occupants responsibility, the vacant is liable to an extra charge subject to the seriousness of the amount of the incidence occurred.
- Regarding the above, in case that the occupants are not responsible, no fee will be received by the company.
SAFETY RECCOMENDATIONS
- Our company is not held liable for any accidents or thefts occurred during the duration of your stay in our villas.
- We advise our clients to be individually insured prior to the duration of their stay.
